The Today’s Family Lawyer podcast delivers regular insight into goings on across the family law community through interviews and discussions with those who are actively engaged in it. Since launching in 2022 it has now delivered 21 episodes covering topics as varied as black letter law, innovation and technology, sales and marketing, market analysis, new products and services and legislative change.

In 2023 our most popular episodes provided insight into the work being done to support those affected by domestic abuse, costs in financial remedy proceedings, and exclusive interviews with industry figures including James Brown of Hall Brown Family Law, the first female solicitor to become Queen’s Counsel June Venters, and Nigel Shepherd who has ardently campaigned for divorce reform for 20 years culminating in the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act (2020), best know as “No Fault Divorce.”
