Family Mediation Week is an opportunity to raise awareness of family mediation and of the benefits it can bring to separating families.

Other events over the course of the week will be aimed at members of the public interested in finding out more about family mediation, including a conversation on Wednesday 24 January (12 noon) with former BBC News Presenter Joanna Gosling (host of British Family Law Awards on 25th November). As you will have seen in many of our articles about the Awards, Joanna has changed her career to become a Senior Associate Mediator (family and workplace) at Irwin Mitchell.

In addition, there are a number of other events during the week aimed at supporting other professionals working with families, such as teachers, health practitioners, and social workers.

If you or anyone in your firm or Chambers is doing anything for Family Mediation Week, do let us know so we can share on our events calendar.
