QualitySolicitors announces change of hands

National legal network QualitySolicitors (Quality Solicitors Organisation Limited) has announced a management buy-out (MBO) from previous owners Metamorph Group Limited.

Victoria Browning and Paul Rawson head up the new management structure and suggest they have “already embarked on a companywide review of its activities” to strengthen the service it delivers to over 40 legal firm members across England and Wales.

QualitySolicitors’ team currently comprises 15 sales and marketing professionals aiming to “[help] member firms plan for the future and their future growth as a trusted partner”.

Its services range from lead generation, marketing and digital marketing services, compliance, and back office support.

“We’re all very excited about this opportunity to enable the member network to grow, with some innovative new ideas coming very soon,” said Browning, adding:

“We’ll now have an opportunity to focus purely on growing our network and the services that we offer, but still remaining a trusted partner to our loyal network of firms.”

The company was previously purchased by Metamorph from Simplify in June 2021.

QualitySolicitors’ departure comes as the group is somewhat shrouded in uncertainty following MLL Limited being served a winding-up petition from HM Revenue & Customs in October.

This was followed by a further winding-up petition to Beaumont ABS Ltd, who have since reportedly appointed liquidators as part of a process that has seen them acquired by separate Metamorph brand Knowles Benning Solicitors.

This – taken with reports of unpaid wages and purported temporary director departures – has left staff, creditors, clients, and other connected parties in limbo.
