Settify is an Artificially Intelligent online induction system for Family Law practices.

Created by Family Lawyers, Settify can interact intelligently with clients in real time, providing instant, personalised guidance. It enables the firm’s clientele to start resolving their family law matter via an online service, at the time and place of their choosing.

Clients can access Settify either from the website of one of Settify’s partner firms, or by an invitation that is sent to clients after they arrange their initial meeting. Clients answer a handful of simple questions, and receive several pages of personalised, customised information about how the Family Law process applies in their circumstances, and how their lawyers can help.

Since launching in Australia in 2017, Settify has helped more than 200 law firms worldwide, and has assisted over 15,000 family law clients, dealing with combined asset pools worth more than £13 billion in aggregate, and won multiple industry awards for innovation.
