The Child Abduction Lawyer’s Associate [CALA] has introduced a pro bono Duty Advocate Scheme.
The scheme is open to solicitors, and they are exploring the possibility of counsel being involved, potentially on the basis of being instructed by a CALA Member under this Scheme.
