AIIC Group rebrand comes at time of significant transformation for the consumer-focused legal services group
AIIC Holdings (“AIIC”), the holding company behind leading independent law firm Taylor Rose MW, today announces a full rebranding setting itself up as a group of companies with aligned values in an attempt to grow and share infrastructure.
The merger of Taylor Rose in 2015 with well-established London firm Tucker Turner Kingsley Wood LLP saw the group set up a newly created holding company, TTKW Ltd, now renamed AIIC Holdings Ltd. It then embarked on a selective M&A and investment programme, which has been used to enhance the business’ other growth opportunities.
Over the last seven years, the Group has invested in Forshaws Davies Ridgway LLP, a full-service law firm based in the North West; the prop-tech platform SlothMove; KingsleyWood, a consultant-based law firm that enables a diverse team of legal specialists to deliver new standards of excellence; and RCP, a legal “think tank”.
The AIIC Group is a provider of technology-enabled consumer legal services which provide client-focused solutions to customers of otherwise conventional services. AIIC aims to reshape the future of legal services by making a step change with people-focused solutions, combined with scalability and innovation.
Adrian Jaggard, founding Director of Taylor Rose Solicitors, and CEO of the AIIC Group, said:
“We are delighted to be announcing a completely new rebrand today as AIIC Group, a collection of progressive companies that will reshape the future of legal and related value-add services.
Since the merger with TTKW LLP in 2015, the Group has been very active at increasing its footprint nationally both organically and through a number of targeted acquisitions which have been successfully integrated. The ongoing consolidation of small-to-medium-sized high street law firms, in particular in the conveyancing sector, is expected to generate further opportunities for us, specifically through an expansion programme in key areas and hubs, including the North-West, North-East, Midlands and South-West.
We believe our technology-focused model, which supports both the development of our traditional practices through M&A as well the fast-growth of our consultancy operations, puts us in an extremely advantageous position as the legal services sector continues to undergo a paradigm shift.”
