Hanne & Co Solicitors appoints Emma Baillie as Head of Family Law.

Emma Baillie joins Hanne & Co from TV Edwards where she was Joint Head of Family Law. At Hanne & Co, Emma will hold overall responsibility for all finance and private law children cases conducted at the firm.

Hanne & Co who celebrated their 125th anniversary last year, are a firm that prides themselves on their legal ability whilst continuing to evolve and enhance its services.

The appointment of Emma further strengthens the family team, bringing a fresh perspective and experience in complex financial and property matters involving high-income households and substantial assets, as well as navigating disputes relating to children.

In her personal practice Emma leads on highly complex cases often involving intricate company structures and investment portfolios. Emma’s arrival follows the successful tenure of Susan Harlow and Liz Francis who over the last 40 years have grown the team from the two of them running a small legal aid department to what you see today.

Moreover, Hanne & Co Solicitors recently expanded with the opening of a new office in Chancery Lane.

Emma’s leadership, combined with the firm’s enduring legacy and recent milestones, positions Hanne & Co Solicitors as a leading force in family law.
