The Legal Services Board (LSB) have requested all questions that you would like raised with the Board in relation to any of the items listed on their site/in their papers to be sent by 5pm on Monday 22nd January 2024 in order to be considered. Papers for the LSB Board’s first meeting of 2024 are now available on their website.
They include the LSB’s response to a letter from the President of Liverpool Law Society on behalf of the Law Societies of Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, known collectively as the Joint V, regarding Axiom Ince and the SRA compensation fund. There is also an update on their work on professional ethics.
The LSB have said that if it is not possible to answer your question in the meeting itself, they will endeavour to respond to you as soon as practicable following the meeting.
