Conference returns to discuss the changing climate of law

Manchester-based law firm referral and fee-share scheme Lawshare is hosting its annual Management Conference in Manchester on Thursday 5th October.

The conference will again be hosted at The Lowry Hotel and sees key decision makers come together to explore key challenges and opportunities. Titled “Law: The Climate is Changing” this year the Lawshare Conference will explore –

Keynote speaker for the day will be Deputy News Editor at The Law Society Gazette John Hyde, who will speak alongside two panel sessions exploring the key management and strategic decisions Law firms have faced in over the past 18 months, and the competitive world of IT and service delivery.

Billed as a “free referral scheme and support network for lawyers” Lawshare launched in 2011 by JMW Solicitors and provides a route for firms to refer work they are unable to undertake due to a conflict, if the matter falls outside their area of expertise or if there is a capacity issue, in return for a share of the fee.
