Getting the most out of your team is vital if you want to succeed in business, and this is the theme that will be running through the Law Share 5th annual conference on 2nd October.
According to Forbes: “Employee engagement is the emotional commitment the employee has to the organisation and its goals. This emotional commitment means engaged employees actually care about their work and their company. They don’t work just for a paycheck of just for the next promotion, but work on behalf of the organisation’s goals. When employees care – when they are engaged – they use discretionary effort.”
The event will see speakers from across the legal sector engaging delegates in discussions helping everyone to understand how to get the most out of your teams and providing them with a sense of purpose.
The guest speaker at the event is Darryl Cooke, Co-founder of gunnercooke. Having worked in all parts of the legal sector and other industries, Darryl is well equipped to consider the legal profession and the need for innovation, especially when it comes to the people that make up business.
Stuart Cartwright, Partner at JMW and Head of Lawshare, said:
“The annual conference is our showpiece event and is a must for owners or senior management within law firms. Our speakers this year provide an absolute wealth of experience in the industry. As usual, after the ‘hard talking’ is done, delegates then enjoy the hospitality at the Lowry hotel.”
The half day event, supported by the Lawsave partners, will be followed by a drinks reception and a 3-course meal.
