Recovery Cymru

We’re proud to announce Recovery Cymru as our charity partner for 2025/26

Recovery Cymru is a peer-led recovery community based just down the road from us in Cardiff. They offer vital support to individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol use. The mission, values, and the sense of community they foster truly resonated with us the moment we stepped into their centre. It’s not just a service – it’s a safe, supportive space where people rebuild their lives.

This partnership means more than just raising money. It’s a chance for us to support a cause deeply connected to the work we do at Cansford. As a team that works daily in the world of drug and alcohol testing, we know how important compassionate, community-led support is in the wider recovery journey.

Over the next year, we’ll be working closely with Recovery Cymru to raise awareness, funds, and support for their services.

We’ll:

  • Champion Recovery Cymru’s support services – ensuring those in need know where to turn
  • Host a series of fundraising events
  • Shine a spotlight on their incredible work through our social media platforms and website, helping raise awareness and inspire wider community support

In addition to the support we’re providing, Recovery Cymru will mention our drug and alcohol testing if any of their members enquires about testing. They’ll share information about our work via their own platforms. It’s a partnership based on shared values, trust, and a mutual commitment to helping people access the support they need.

We’re incredibly proud to align ourselves with such a dedicated organisation that’s making a real difference in people’s lives. We hope this partnership inspires our team, clients, and wider network to get involved and support Recovery Cymru in whatever way they can.

Together, we’re not just raising money, we’re raising awareness. We’re building connections. And we’re helping to support the recovery of one person, one family, one community at a time.
