Out of Court Divorce Bootcamp event to ‘remove the stigma of low conflict divorces’

The Amicable Divorce Network (ADN) is hosting an in person event about ‘out of court divorces’ presented by founder and litigation lawyer Tracey Moore-Grant.

The ADN will host the event on April 12 from 9am to 3pm (BST) at CiARB 12 Bloomsbury Square in London.

The Network helps families navigate divorce through a modern, civilized, transparent and cost-effective alternative to adversarial divorce litigation.

It provides a divorce process that is ‘low-conflict, prioritizes collaboration and professionalism among attorneys, brings together the best specialists in finance, property/mortgages, dispute resolution, lending, and emotional support, and at its heart, it guides people through divorce in a dignified manner’.

Moore-Grant says she hopes that low conflict divorce will be the ‘future of family law’.

Other topics will include how to utilize mediation and arbitration to resolve differences, being an amicable advocate, collaborating with other professionals to achieve the best results possible, mediating difficult issues and using Our Family Wizard to improve co-parenting communication.

This program is from 9am-3pm and is only offered in person. Included with registration is tea, coffee and biscuits, mineral water, working buffet lunch (including vegan, vegetarian and food allergies). All professional disciplines are welcome to attend and the event is expected to provide 5 hours of education credit.

All attendees are invited to a networking Happy Hour after the event.

The ADN formed in the US and has now branched out to the UK with hope to spread it’s mantra of ‘amicable divorce’.
