New partner at The International Family Law Group; Maguire Family Law expands Wilmslow team

Specialist London-based firm The International Family Law Group has appointed Agata Osińska as partner, while Maguire Family Law has expanded its team with two solicitors in its Wilmslow, Cheshire office.

Osińska (pictured below), an established children’s and financial remedies practitioner, has been with The International Family Law Group since July 2022 and is a highly regarded mediator.

She is particularly well versed in complex domestic and international cases that engage jurisdictional challenges and where crypto currencies and digital assets are in play.

Polish by birth, Osińska’s understanding of different cultures has proved invaluable to many families navigating complex international matters. She is heavily involved with Polish and European communities and works closely with many Polish and Eastern European charities, the Polish Embassy, and national organisations.

“I am so pleased to be joining the partnership at International Family Law Group,” Osińska said of her new role.

“The firm has built an unrivalled reputation for supporting families in complex and international cases and I look forward to continuing our work of providing clear, practical advice to clients and guiding them through court proceedings but also offering alternative solutions such as mediation during what can often be the most difficult periods in their lives.”

Lucy Loizou, managing partner at the International Family Law Group said: “We are absolutely overjoyed to have Agata join the partnership. Agata’s experience in intricate divorce matters, alongside her child-focused approach, means she can offer unique and much-needed assistance to families in complex, high-stakes situations.

“With her significant expertise in cryptocurrency and digital assets, she is particularly well placed to assist in modern domestic and international family disputes. With dedication, tenacity and resourcefulness, I know she will make a huge impact at the firm at partner level.”
