Mishcon Private appoint new Head of Family

Kate Clark has been appointed as new Head of Family in Mishcon Private (Mishcon de Reya) effective from the start of 2024.

Kate Clark joined Mishcon in 2014 and became a Partner in 2021. Kate will be supported in role by Claire Yorke, who has become Finance partner for the team.

Kate and Claire are part of the next generation of leaders at Mishcon, bringing with them practice area experience as well as leadership skills.

Kate is a specialist in high net worth divorces and in all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on high value financial disputes. Her work often involves complex offshore structures, trusts, and business interests. In addition to this, Kate has a particular interest in high conflict children cases and is the head of the firm’s high conflict complex children law group. She is also experienced in advising on pre- and post-marital agreements as well as cohabitation agreements.
