Legal Software Suppliers Association expands membership

The Legal Software Suppliers Association (LSSA) has expanded its membership and welcomes London-based LawNeeds into its growing group of legal technology providers.

LawNeeds describes itself as helping provide legal services ‘on the go’ with a mobile app providing ‘personalised and affordable legal services’ to users. The app, which was founded in 2024 by Steve Okolo, says it uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create greater access to legal services, ‘breaking down traditional barriers and bringing expert legal advice directly to users’ fingertips.’ It currently provides services across contract law, family law, immigration law, and road traffic offenses.

“Joining the LSSA marks a significant milestone for LawNeeds. Our mission is to make high-quality legal services more accessible and affordable through our AI-powered mobile app. We aim to boosts the brand by enhancing its credibility and trustworthiness through recognised industry affiliation and networking opportunities with the LSSA.”

says Okolo.

The LSSA is the industry body for developers and vendors of legal systems, providing guidance for standards in technology and managing areas of mutual interest between lawyers and providers of legal software. On LawNeeds joining, LSSA CEO Kevin Horlock adds

“The LSSA is delighted to welcome LawNeeds to our vibrant and diverse community of legal tech vendors. We are confident that their expertise will be a valuable addition to our association, fostering further advancements in legal technology.”
