Leading family set 4PB moves to new home

Leading family set 4PB is moving to a new address – St Martin’s Court, Paternoster Row. The move comes as the set found it increasingly needed a more modern and accessible space with far better facilities.

4PB’s new offices include bespoke conference and meeting rooms, suitable for remote court hearings and meetings and an open-plan area to facilitate seminars, training events and more collaborative working.

Alex Verdan QC, Head of Chambers at 4PB, said:

“We’ve been based at the 4 Paper Buildings address for some 50 years and will miss The Temple but were increasingly finding we needed a more modern space to accommodate our barristers, members of staff and clients. The pandemic brought into sharp focus the need for a different type of work environment.”

“Our old office was split over two buildings and six floors so we’re all looking forward to being in the same space and on one floor – and we think this is especially important for our juniors and their ongoing development.”

“Our new premises will also help us provide an even better service to our clients.”

“Having a more accessible office space was also really important to us, as we want to make sure everyone who visits 4PB feels comfortable and catered for.”

“Additionally, our new office has a terrace with incredible views over St Pauls and we’re very much looking forward to catching-up with clients and friends over the coming months.”

Michael Reeves, Senior Clerk at 4PB, adds: “We have been acutely aware for some time of the changing trends of work and platforms required going forward and this move allows us to meet every need for our members, staff and clients.

The new modern premises provides the very best meeting and remote facilities, especially as we look to expand our alternative dispute resolution services, along with indoor and outdoor space for training and entertaining.”
