QR v ST [2026] EWFC 300 (B) (14 October 2026): Private law children proceedings. Fact-finding hearing concerning allegations of abuse against the mother and parental alienation against the father. One allegation by the father proved, otherwise all allegations not proved.

FAZ v MAZ & Anor (Costs) [2026] EWFC 301 (19 October 2026): Private law children proceedings. Application for costs following a fact-finding hearing on false allegations of sexual abuse. Application granted in part, with the mother ordered to pay a proportion of the father’s assessed costs.

Potanina v Potanin (No.6) (PTR) EWFC 298 (20 October 2026): Financial remedy. Pre-trial review dealing with case management disputes in an application under Part III of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984. Application determined.

AL (A Child) (Abduction: Spain: Art 13b: Mental Health), Re EWHC 2705 (Fam) (22 October 2026): Child abduction. Application by father under the 1980 Hague Convention for a return order. Return ordered.

B v G (Test for Appeal) EWHC 2668 (Fam) (22 October 2026): Child arrangements. Appeal by mother from order that child live with father. Appeal dismissed.

D & Anor v K (Illegal Chinese Commercial Surrogacy) [2026] EWFC 279 (29 September 2026): Parental order. Application by a married same-sex male couple for a parental order following a commercial surrogacy arrangement in China. Parental order granted.

R v O [2026] EWHC 2421 (Fam) (24 September 2026): Child abduction. Application by father under the 1980 Hague Convention for a return order. Application dismissed.

MG (A Child) (Abduction: Norway: Art 13b: Mental Health), Re [2026] EWHC 2486 (Fam) (01 October 2026): Child abduction. Application by mother for summary return of child to Norway. Return ordered.

Ellana (A Child) (Fact-Finding: Head Injury), Re [2026] EWFC 272 (B) (02 October 2026): Public law care proceedings. Fact-finding hearing concerning the cause of a child’s injuries. Threshold not met.

A Mother v A Father & Anor [2026] EWFC 290 (B) (07 October 2026): Private law children proceedings. Fact-finding hearing regarding parental allegations. Mother’s main allegation proved and father’s allegations dismissed.

Medway Council v MA & Ors [2026] EWFC 293 (09 October 2026): Public law care proceedings. Fact-finding hearing in care proceedings brought by a local authority. Application determined.
