Keystone Law’s family practice announces arrival of two new partners

Keystone Law has expanded its Family & Matrimonial team with the appointment of Emma Harte and Corinne Parke, who between them have over 50 years of experience advising on complex and high-value family and matrimonial matters for high-net worth individuals.

Emma joins the firm from boutique family law firm Alexiou Fisher Phillipps where she was the Senior Partner. With over 30 years’ experience, Emma advises on all family matters, including complex and financial disputes, children matters and prenuptial agreements. Her cases typically involve an international element and/or substantial assets or acting for clients who live abroad or wish to relocate to another jurisdiction.

Emma’s clients include business professionals, those in the public eye, members of British and foreign aristocracy and their spouses/partners. She is a Resolution accredited mediator, a mediation consultant (PPC), a trained collaborative lawyer and past Chair of Resolution’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

Corinne was previously a partner at London law firm Maddox Legal and joins Keystone with associate Bethan Hill-Howells. She has been advising clients on family law matters for over 20 years and has particular expertise in applications under the Children Act 1989, complex financial applications upon divorce, and issues involving cohabiting couples. She also regularly advises on the completion of pre-/post-nuptial agreements. Much of her work involves an international element, including relocation of children to another jurisdiction or foreign assets upon divorce. Additionally, Corinne is a collaboratively trained lawyer and an active member of the central London “We Can Work It Out” POD group.

The arrival of Emma, Corinne and Bethan strengthens the firm’s experienced family practice and follows the appointment of former Clyde & Co Head of Family Law and partner Grainne Fahy and associate Yasmin Khan-Gunns last year.

James Knight, Founder and CEO of Keystone Law, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Emma and Corinne to Keystone’s flourishing family law team, which is fast becoming one of the largest teams in London. Emma and Corinne are both highly regarded professionals, and their experience and expertise will complement and enhance our ability to provide a bespoke service to private clients.”
