Hunters expands family law practice with new partner

Hunters Law LLP has announced that Olivia Piercy has joined the firm as a Partner in the Family Department.

Rising star Olivia joins Hunters from Bindmans, where she headed the Family Department. With a diverse practice ranging from HNW financial claims on divorce to surrogacy, and cross-border enforcement of financial orders to child abduction work, Olivia’s depth of knowledge and experience are an exciting addition to Hunters’ growing family law team.

Ranked as a “Next Generation Partner” by The Legal 500, Olivia has run cases to the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and is praised as “clever, focused and tenacious” with “impressive knowledge and experience”.

As a domestic abuse specialist and advocate, Olivia sits on Resolution’s Domestic Abuse Committee, and sits as a member of Mr Justice Cobb’s Private Law Working Group.
