These guides described the steps you need to use online services for divorce on MyHMCTS:

  • Submitting a case
  • Requesting a personal service
  • Completing an acknowledgement of service
  • Applying for a decree nisi and decree absolute
  • Decree nisi clarification and amend petition for solicitors
  • Amend your petition
