A Family Law firm have announced even further expansion of it’s Kent based practice with larger premises in Tunbridge Wells.
Director Alice Scambler heads up a new team at the new site of firm Family Law Partners specialising in family law and mediation for clients in the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks area.
Since launching in 2011, Family Law Partners say they have ‘built upon its reputation as the leading family firm in the South with a particular focus on dispute resolution, using alternative ways of resolving matters such as mediation, arbitration and the collaborative model which minimises both the emotional and financial cost to families’.
The ongoing growth of the Tunbridge Wells office is part of the firm’s strategy to roll-out its own unique approach to family law further across the region, alongside the continued success of its teams in Brighton and Horsham.
Alice Scambler, specialist family law solicitor and a Resolution qualified family mediator, heads up the office and has over 15 years’ experience practising family law in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks, described within the Legal 500 as “astute and sensible”, an “extremely able partner” and offering a “client-focussed” and “fantastic” service.
Alice’s new team advises clients on complicated financial cases including cases with high levels of assets and complex trusts arrangements, pensions and company structures. The team also acts on cases involving children, working to achieve solutions for issues such as living and spending time arrangements, parental responsibility, schooling, matters in which there are safeguarding issues and internal and external relocation with the best interests of the children at the heart of their advice.
Following the spirit of collaboration that defines the Family Law Partners Group, Alice and her team take a holistic approach, working with other professionals in the financial, actuarial and tax advice industries to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
The Tunbridge Wells team also supports her clients using mediation, including Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs), for issues relating to divorce, children and finances, and also offer online video mediation.
Alice Scambler, Director at Family Law Partners, said: “I am proud to be leading the further growth of Family Law Partners in Kent and am excited to be able to see more clients in our larger, fresh office space. I was attracted to join the Family Law Partners team in 2022 because of its commitment to dispute resolution and a deep desire to offer clients options, and a different, gentler journey through family law issues. Since then, I have enjoyed supporting many individuals and families in this way, working alongside my vastly experienced colleagues at Family Law Partners and other local professionals who are also committed to achieving the best outcomes.”
The larger office will service clients in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas. The team will work closely with the firm’s Brighton, Horsham and London offices to deliver ‘the same level of client-centric support and care, together with unrivalled results for clients’ – say Family Law Partners.
