She also undertakes complex work often involving various company structures, jurisdiction conflicts, and foreign issues.

The breadth of her experience spanning over 20 years in financial remedy and children work includes issues surrounding alienation, high conflict cases, domestic abuse and same sex relationships.

In a joint statement 4PB’s new Heads of Chambers, Charles Hale KC and Barbara Mills KC, said:

“In a great start to the New Year, in addition to the announcement of three new silks to be appointed in March 2023, we warmly welcome Katharine to the 4PB family. Katharine is a highly regarded specialist matrimonial finance and complex children practitioner. We are delighted that she continues that practice as a member of 4PB.”

Katharine said:

“I feel really privileged to be joining 4PB at a time when their star is so much in the ascendancy. It is such a strong team and I can’t wait to get started.”
