Burgess Mee Hires Family Law Partner, Rachel Freeman from Kingsley Napley LLP.
Burgess Mee Family Law have announced the appointment of family law partner Rachel Freeman. Rachel joins the firm from Kingsley Napley LLP (where she was a partner).
Rachel has more than 20 years’ experience across all areas of family law. She has particular expertise in complex financial cases and disputes in relation to children. Many of her cases have an international aspect, often with links to France and French-speaking countries. Rachel also holds a foundation certificate in psychotherapy and counselling.

Rachel trained at Clifford Chance LLP, qualifying into the commercial litigation department in 2001. She began her family law career in 2002 at boutique firm, Miles Preston & Co., and become a partner in 2012. She joined Kingsley Napley LLP as a partner in 2017.
Rachel is recognised in the Spear’s Family Law Index 2023, as a Citywealth Leader in Family and Matrimonial and in the Chambers and Legal 500 directories.
