Boodle Hatfield expands Family practice with hire of Partner, William Rollin

Boodle Hatfield, a Private Wealth law firm, announces today that Partner, William Rollin has joined its highly regarded Family & Divorce practice. He joins the firm from Charles Russell Speechlys.

William has practice covering all areas of matrimonial finance and family law, including resolving relationship breakdowns and proceedings in relation to private children matters. He is particularly interested in complex financial issues and arrangements in respect of pensions and has significant experience in advising on matters where there is a pattern indicative of personality disorders and / or illnesses including addiction.

In dealing with cases where a client needs to have recourse to the court, William is ‘an experienced and robust’ litigator, ‘adept at pulling together the right team to ensure that the process generates the best outcome for his client’. Outside of the court, William is a trained and committed advocate of the benefits of the Collaborative Process, along with other forms of dispute resolution such as hybrid mediation, Private Financial Dispute Resolution appointments and arbitration.
