Lee Henderson has joined the family department of London-based Osbornes Law as the third new partner in recent months, while south west firm Lodders has appointed family law specialist Helen Benussi as a partner.
Benussi (left, main picture) has over a decade of experience advising on all aspects of family law, divorce, and child-related matters. She was was previously company director at Birmingham-based Benussi & Co, and spent over 12 years as a tax accountant, including at PwC.

At Osborne’s, Henderson (pictured right) brings experience in complex financial cases involving high-value assets and international wealth structures and has particular expertise in children matters, including surrogacy. He previously spent nine years as a family law specialist at Penningtons Manches Cooper. Outside his practice, Henderson mentors for the Social Mobility Foundation and volunteers with the National Centre for Domestic Violence.
