Over the past 12 months we’ve brought you the ups and downs of the family law profession through our regular news insight and e-newsletters, alongside the increasingly popular Today’s Family Lawyer Podcast.
Unless something urgent and important happens we’ll be closing down for the festive period from today, returning on Monday 5th January.
This year has been eventful in family law and next year could well deliver progress on topical issues including violence against women and girls (VAWG), cohabitation reform, surrogacy, and court delays.
