4PB are delighted to welcome Amean Elgadhy to the set

Leading family law chambers 4PB is pleased to announce that Amean Elgadhy, formerly of One Pump Court, has joined the set with immediate effect.

Amean regularly acts in a range of significant cases often involving complex medical evidence, cross examination of children and vulnerable witnesses and historic allegations of sexual abuse. Complementary to the Court of Protection work undertaken at 4PB, Amean’s practice regularly involves claims on behalf of children against the Police and local authorities, under the Human Right Act 1998 and Equality Act 2010.

In a joint statement our Heads of Chambers, Charles Hale KC and Barbara Mills KC, said:

“We are delighted that Amean has joined 4PB. He is a dedicated public lawyer known across both bench and bar for his tenacious representation of the vulnerable, in particular, children. His decision to join Chambers at this time is a compliment to 4PB’s ongoing commitment to this crucial work.”

Amean said:

“The opportunity to work from a reputable set known for its excellence and that is committed to modernisation – alongside such highly focussed colleagues – is something that I am looking forward to.”
