New family leads for Collyer Bristow and Maguire Family Law

Manchester and Cheshire-based Maguire Family Law has appointed Jennifer Hudec to lead its Manchester city centre team, while Collyer Bristow has announced Kate Moran joins as partner in its London-based family team.

Moran (main photo) joins from Collins & Hoy Solicitors, where she advised on complex matrimonial, financial and children matters. She brings significant experience supporting clients through sensitive and high-value family law issues, providing clear, pragmatic and solutions-focused advice.

With a practice spanning a wide range of family matters, Moran is recognised for her strategic approach and ability to guide clients through challenging circumstances with clarity and discretion.

Commenting on Moran’s appointment, head of the family team Toby Yerburgh said:

Jennifer Hudec Jennifer Hudec (pictured right) joins Maguire Family Law as a senior associate and brings a wealth of experience across contested matters and alternative dispute resolution. Previously at a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm, Hudec is a CILEx litigator (Family) and Complex Matrimonial Finances (High Net Worth) and Children Law Resolution accredited.

She specialises in high-net-worth financial matters, including those involving trusts, foreign property, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and companies. As well as providing financial expertise, Hudson will assist clients with cohabitation disputes and children matters, including internal and external relocation.
